
FOREIGN COMPLAINT FORM (FCF)
This form is for (1) USDF employees who feel as if they have been treated in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner by a member of a foreign organization, or (2) members of foreign organizations who feel as if they have been treated in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner by an employee of USDF. This may include, but is not limited to: general disrespect, harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, abuse of authority, treason, hazing, blackmail, mutiny, defamation, and so on. USDF employees are also subject to Article 10 of Regulation 8: Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The form below is received by the leadership team of the Office of International Security Affairs, which includes the Director of International and Regional Security Affairs (DIRSA), Deputy Director, Regional Security Affairs (DDRSA), and the Deputy Director, International Security Affairs (DDISA). Submissions are kept to the strictest of confidentiality and will be processed in due course.
When filling the form, it is crucial that you include as much detail as possible. You are also required to submit evidence, which includes screenshots as well as the names of any possible witnesses of the situation. Doing so will ensure that we are able to deal with the situation as efficiently as possible. Do not send a form if the situation is minor or something that has already been dealt with.
