E4 Training Script

Added a new clause for E4 Resignation Notice:

Now that you are E4, you must file a resignation on the forums should you wish to leave.
Leaving USDF without a resignation notice will be treated as desertion
and a dishonorable discharge will be issued.

Addition of:

- Office command teams should aim to process office applications within 48 hours of submission. They then have up to 7 days to accept or deny the applicant. Office command positions are exempt from this rule.

- All office training periods should last no more than 7 days. Directors can approve extensions based on case by case discretion.

- USDF personnel may not sit on the floor anywhere in HQ. are only allowed to sit on the floor in the R&R. This does not include the stairs.

REGULATION 8

E4+ Personnel who are issued with any form of disciplinary action must be informed how to appeal their punishment if they deem it unjust. They must be given clear instructions how to appeal any disciplinary action, including linking directly to the appeal form. Any disciplinary action issued without the aforementioned instructions is rendered void.

E4+ Personnel who are issued with any form of internal punishment must also be informed of how to appeal if they deem it unjust. Clear instructions on PAF procedure must be given, including linking directly to the form. Actions issued without the aforementioned instructions are rendered void. Dishonorably discharged personnel are allowed to have a general discussion with the Issuing Authority regarding the context of their offense and can be shown towards the PAF by approach.
