Chapter 5, Subsection 1 New information: Dishonorably discharged USDF personnel may be permitted to purchase the HQ Access Pass only and not the Platinum/Diamond VIP - meaning forum and discord access is prohibited. In addition, dishonorably discharged personnel must wait 30 days since the discharge, before they can purchase the HQ Access Pass. Individuals with the Executive Discharge and Never Rehire status are ineligible to purchase VIP of any form offered by the USDF. Officers ranked O7+ may authorize temporary guest VIPs provided headquarters is not disrupted, Executive Discharged and Never Rehired Personnel can't be temporary guests. The USD I&S and Director of International and Regional Security Affairs (DIRSA) may authorize temporary guest VIPs provided they are official representatives of organizations, militaries or agencies with officer rank.
Regulation 4: Discharges, Reinstatements, and Transfers
Chapter 2, Subsection 2 Renamed subsection from Never Rehire Status to Executive Discharge Status Modified Discharge Information: Individuals placed under “Executive Discharge” may appeal the discharge status at any time by filing an appeal on the PTS for a thorough and comprehensive review by the JAG and/or if necessary, the USD P&R. Individuals may only appeal this once every 365 days., Should OJAG deem a pardon for an Executive Discharge appropriate, they will work with OSD+ for final approval., Accumulating a total of three Dishonorable Discharges will result in an Executive Discharge status, depending on the severity of the discharges., The status of Executive Discharge can only be issued by NSC, USD I&S, USD P&R, JSIG, JAG, and CDR SOCOM. Created Subsection 3: Never Rehire Status under Chapter 2 Added Discharge Information: Individuals placed under “Never Rehire” may not appeal the decision., The status of “Never Rehire” may only be issued by the NSC based on severity of offense. Chapter 4, Subsection 3 New information: Anyone pardoned from a "Executive Discharge" status will automatically be subject to one of the two resets. Only the SecDef and DepSecDef have the authority to waive this clause.
