In the event that a civilian is recruited, IRDT should take priority over all other trainings that are being requested in HQ. If there are no recruits needing IRDT, FEATs, PTPs and EFDT may be hosted if an individual has requested those trainings.

The positional vacancies section has been updated to read:

In the event of a positional vacancy, the office director/branch chief has the right to elevate personnel in the office/branch to a higher command position within the office/branch. Should a director choose not to exhaust this option, the respective office/branch chain of command must open applications to eligible candidates within 24 hours of the vacancy date. Once a suitable candidate has been found and cleared for appointment, their appointment must also go into effect within 24 hours.
