Procedure 3: Proper Address

Change from: Personnel ranked W2 to O3 may be addressed as "Mr/Ms, username" by any member that is superior to them in rank.
Change to: Personnel ranked W1 and above may be addressed as "Mr/Ms, username" by any member that is superior to them in rank.
Change from: By default, "sir" or "ma'am" are standard in this proper address procedure and should be adhered to; however, if a member requests to be referred to by their rank and/or position without "sir" or "ma'am", they are free to do so.
Change to: "Sir" or "ma'am" is the standard proper address procedure if directly speaking to a superior higher rank than yourself, applies only to WO or above. However, if a member requests to be referred to by their rank and/or position without "sir" or "ma'am", they are free to do so.
