Personnel must post their own request when possible. If this is not possible, another individual may post the request for them; however, they must include a screenshot of the member requesting a duty type change, confirming the request. Any request posted by someone else not including the screenshot will be denied.

New:
Personnel must post their own requests unless it is an emergency in which they are unable to access the forums. In this case, another individual may post the request on their behalf; however, they must include a screenshot of the member requesting the duty type change to confirm the request. Any request posted by someone else that does not include the screenshot, or that is posted on behalf of someone who has access to the forums, will be denied.
