CHAPTER 3. ATTENTION PROCEDURE, Subsection 1. General Regulations

Old information:

All active personnel must stand at the position of attention when the command "ATTENTION!" or "ATTENTION ON DECK!" is called.

New information:

All active personnel on the working floor and on a station must stand at the position of attention when the command "ATTENTION!" is called.
All active personnel on the working floor, on a station, in the R&R, and VIP/Officer’s Mess must stand at the position of attention when the command "ATTENTION ON DECK!" is called.
