Regulation 9: Activity Points, SoW and Payment Programs

Chapter 1, Subsection 1 has been amended to reflect the highlighted change:

• Personnel are recommended to save screenshots as evidence of filling a qualifying HQ duty.
  • Your screenshots must clearly show the time at which you took up the position, the time at mid-point of your shift, and the time at which you stood down, with timestamps included (chat history and system clock). 
  • Personnel who complete an HQ shift using a mobile device may be confirmed through screenshots. The screenshots must clearly show the announcement of the shift's start, the mid-point of the shift, and the time the shift was completed. If the system clock is not visible, the HQ bot's announcement confirming shift completion may be used as an alternative.
    • If the individual performing a shift on a mobile device disconnects, they must include screenshots of the system clock.
  • Screenshots may be posted in the #duty-confirmation channel on Discord. Only Commissioned Officers may confirm via screenshots
