Navy Adjutant (NA), Marines Adjutant (MA), Army Adjutant (AA), Air Force Adjutant (AFA).
Adjutants work directly with the Chief, oversee council operations, and act as a liaison to the BHNCO. They serve on a 2-month term and are appointed directly by the Branch Chief, who may also extend their term by a month.

- First point of contact, actively monitor and promote growth including OCS concerns for WOs in their respective branch.
- Assist in ensuring and monitoring the progression of all members of their respective branch.
- Interacting with branch personnel to gain feedback and provide visible leadership.
- Take part in discussions and meetings to find new ways to improve/innovate their respective branch further.
- Managing and overseeing council engagement and branch identity as well as ensuring all work is being completed.
- Facilitating the branches Events division and coordinating engagement within the branch.
- Installing and working on programs to make branch more engaging, unique, and creation of branch-specific initiatives.
- Assisting their BHNCO, Branch Chief or CJCS in any other duties as required.
