Commissioned Officers and civilians with {5} are not required to display their FEATs in their motto. However, any other personnel with or without {5} must display all FEATs as mentioned on the PTS.

Minor alterations to the FEAT stack may be made when the regulated motto content causes conflicts with the Habbo filtering system, provided such modifications are not explicitly prohibited by this or any other applicable Regulation.
