Regulation 7: Medals, Awards, and Honorifics
Chapter 2, Subection 3, Table 3  

Change:

• Anyone holding a position in Senior Command EL7+ (except the SecDef, CJCS, CNO, CMC, CSA and CSAF) are permitted to wear this pin in their forum signature. It should be placed below the ribbon rack and central.
