Procedure 1: HQ Operations

Chapter 3, Section 1

Change the following from:

• Superior-ranked officers are not required to stand from their sentry seats or salute when a lower-ranked officer enters. If the incoming lower-ranked officer requests it, the superior officer may call the HQ to attention. Otherwise, the incoming officer does not have to give the rest command.
