Regulation 5: Promotion, Career Advancement, and Command Appointment Standards

Chapter 1, Section 1, Subsection 2. Promotion Requirements

Change from:

• All promotions issued by Commissioned Officers must be immediately recorded on the Personnel Tracking System (PTS). All promotions issued by Warrant Officers (WO) and Head Non-Commissioned Officers (HNCO) must be immediately recorded on the Manual PTS (MPTS).

To:

• All promotions issued by Commissioned Officers must be immediately recorded on the Personnel Tracking System (PTS) or the Manual PTS (MPTS). All promotions issued by Warrant Officers (WO) and Head Non-Commissioned Officers (HNCO) must be immediately recorded on the Manual PTS (MPTS).
