Regulation 5: Promotion, Career Advancement, and Command Appointment Standards

Chapter 1, Section 1, Subsection 4. Enlisted Training & Competency Program (ETCP)

Change from:

• E3 personnel are not required to complete FEATs {GJRT} for promotion to E4. However, completion of FEATs {GJRT} earns an automatic promotion to E4.​

To:
