FROM: Military Advisory Council:  President Sycron, Vice President TekD., Speaker of the House and Secretary of Defense Controllable., Senate Majority Leader Watch4Me.
SUBJ: DepSecDef and Command Changes - 10 Sep 2022

    Team,

Today, we are wishing goodbye to our Deputy Secretary of Defense Jared "Watch4Me". As you all know, DepSecDef Jared has been a well-known face throughout the US Defense Force's history, dating back to our origins as DEPTNAV in the 2000s. A personal friend of mine throughout the last decade, Jared leaves USDF active duty after a very successful recent stint in our National Security Council, most notably serving as Chief of Staff for over a year and DepSecDef throughout the last month. Since my return, I have relied heavily on his expertise, wisdom, and experience with many of the day-to-day decisions that need to be made. He is the most skilled HQ manager this hotel has ever seen, and we can contribute much of our success in Habbo's current state. While he will be retiring, on behalf of the entire Military Advisory Council (MAC), I am excited to announce that he will be appointed as Senate Majority Leader and joining our team in a non-operational advisory role, similar to the one I have held as Speaker of the House. So do not fret - his presence will still be around in an albeit minor matter. However, you can expect him to direct personnel to get in the front row and start recruiting from time to time!

That said, I am excited to announce some changes to the senior command structure and announce who will be our next Deputy Secretary of Defense (DepSecDef). Spending the last nine months in the Chief Management Officer (CMO) role, followed by a very successful six months as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Ms. Princess81818 will be appointed as DepSecDef, effective immediately. I have zero doubt that her people-first mindset, kind yet firm leadership style, and overall experience in both Habbo militaries and real life will have a successful tenure. We are all beyond thrilled to see what she will do as Deputy! With her appointment, I have also decided to remove and inactivate the CMO role, and there will be no replacement. Also, Mr. Jared's Executive Assistant, Ms. WalkingBootz, will move over to become my EA.

Also, to announce on behalf of the Military Advisory Council: I will stay in my current role as Secretary of Defense for the time being. There is no deadline or date for a turnover of duties to whoever replaces me. My immediate goals are to continue to build on the tremendous progress we have made over the last month and a half and lead us into the new year, which will no doubt be a challenging time as Habbo is in a rapidly declining population crisis. As always with USDF, the intent is to eventually pass it on to the next generation, which is why we have made it to 7 plus years, and I am confident this will happen once again as it always has. I am excited to continue working with you as we modernize our policies, procedures, and other improvements throughout USDF's infrastructure.

In the weeks to come, everyone at USDF can look forward to some of the great projects that are in place by the command team: Standard of Work modernization and updates to the required amount of work being done is well underway, led by the project team lead USD P&R Rob. Also, I appointed DepSecDef Princess81818 to go through a comprehensive review of our office uniform items, where we will look to add items to offices. Our OPA team is beginning to work on submitting us for the ongoing Habbo event, Game Building Competition, with more information to come. I am beginning next week with a total reconsideration of Regulation 2, and I think some of you will like some of the changes and constant updates I am working on! Lastly, we are still amidst a PTS/Website/Forum modernization period, which is being led by CFS&A Underdeterminated, CTO LostPrayer, and retired DepSec/Head IT MEXYYY.

The US Defense Force is turning its page and beginning a new chapter in our storied history.  I am eager to continue to set the standard for success on the Agencies floor and continue with many quality of life improvements throughout our beloved community.

    Respectfully,

    Controllable.
