    Regulation 5, Chapter 3, Subsection 4.

    Add: 1 week of acting period for OHNCO; 2 weeks of acting period for BHNCO

    OLD
    OHNCO: Upon successful completion of the OHNCO's term, the director will determine the final rank in accordance with their original rank, service time and performance during the term.
    The highest attainable rank is CWO2, once RST (ST decided) is reached.
    If the OHNCO's original rank was W1, they may be eligible to receive a final rank of W3.
    If the OHNCO stands down or is removed from their position, they return to their original rank without elevation.
    BHNCO: The BHNCO position is a two month long stint. Upon successful completion of their term, the Branch Chief and Vice Branch Chief will make a recommendation to the CJCS in accordance with their performance and service time.
    If the BHNCO decides to stand down before the completion of their stint, the maximum rank they may be given depends on the term served in accordance with performance and RST. If the NCO/WO is removed from their position, they may return to their original rank without elevation to any rank.

    NEW

    Regulation 8, Chapter 4. Punitive Articles

    Article 25:
    Quote:Any member who knowingly discusses questions, leaks answers, asks for other information on an exam, or any member who falsely claims credit for work they are not responsible for, writing they did not author.

    NEW: Any member who knowingly presents or cheats on written work from another person and or artificial intelligence. These are included but not limited to: discussing questions, leaked answers, asking for information on examinations, use of artificial intelligence technologies in written applications, interviews, expression of interests, or one who falsely claims credit for work they are not responsible for.

    Article 28:
    Quote:Any member who attempts to avoid the consequences of recent disciplinary action through resignation, retirement, inactive reserves duty (R2), or other means within 7 days of disciplinary action or within 7 days of receiving an appeal verdict.

    NEW: Any member who deliberately attempts to avoid the consequences of disciplinary action through resignation, retirement, inactive reserves duty (R2), or other means within 7 days of disciplinary action or within 7 days of receiving an appeal verdict. This does not apply to personnel who have planned leave of absence, or those who received disciplinary action for missing Standard of Work.

    Commissioned Officers seeking reinstatement must speak with the DMP or with a member from OSD and must complete a security protocol administered by the USD I&S within 24 hours of reinstatement date.

    New:
    Commissioned Officers seeking reinstatement must speak with the DMP or with a member from OSD and must complete a security protocol administered by the USD I&S within 24 hours of reinstatement date. Commissioned Officers must be reinstated for a minimum of 90 days before being eligible for a new retirement package from the Secretary of Defense or Deputy Secretary of Defense. Exceptions to this rule may be made by the Secretary of Defense on a case by case basis.
