REGULATION 4, CHAPTER 4:

Those reinstating will lose FEATs {XZ} after 60+ days, FEATs {LW} after 180+ days, and FEATs {O} at NSC discretion.

Those re-enlisting will lose FEATs {BSMLWZ} automatically, FEATs {X} after 60+ days, and FEATs {O} at NSC discretion.

Subsection 3: Pardons
Members of the OJAG may offer up to E4 with the loss of FEATs {BSMLWXZO} and a full statistics reset for the first re-instatement.

REGULATION 13: LEAVE POLICY AND RESERVE COMPONENT

Chapter 2, Subsection 4 (R2):

- Personnel who have served 180 240 days in R2 have to stay in Active Duty for 2 months before requesting for R2 again.
- Required to log in once every 30 45 days
- MUST request an extension of R2 time every 90 120 days, within the permitted maximum of 240 days.
- Lasts 30 days (3 months) 120 days (4 months)

REGULATION 2, CHAPTER 4, SUBSECTION 4:

USDF personnel may wear the following authorized eyewear in shades of non-HC blue, non-HC white, HC white, non-HC black, and HC black. An eyepatch may only be worn after attaining all possible FEATs. This is shown with a "{5}" on one's PTS account. Only eyewear shown is permitted.

NEW CHAPTER 5: Recognition of Foreign Organizations

Subsection 1. Terms and Definitions
USDF "recognizes" other organizations in efforts of showing care to the diverse environment that is the agencies floor. Foreign organizations are not required to return the recognition, but it is positively recommended and appreciated.

When USDF recognizes another organization, Officers (O1+) of a military organization, 5iC+ at agency organizations, and members of the foreign/external affairs staff will be allowed entry to USDF's HQ to be seated in the R&R, external R&R, or the VIP. Personnel must always be in regular uniform and displaying appropriate personnel ID in order to be allowed in and stay on USDF property.

Recognized individuals will be subject to USDF regulations when at USDF. USDF personnel who are at a recognized foreign organization will be subject to USDF standards as well as regulations in place by the foreign entity. In the event that regulations conflict, USDF personnel must always take USDF regulation as the priority.

Subsection 2. Recognition Requirements
Be established for a minimum of 14 days.
Have a minimum of 35 personnel on selective ID badge
All director/department head positions filled
15 personnel on ID badge must have been on the badge for no less than 10 days
No evidence whatsoever referring acts of illegal warfare since being established

Subsection 3. Official Contacts
The ASD ISA handles all recognition suggestions/recommendation before being advised by the NSC on the matter. Any member of OISA may be contacted in order to notify the ASD ISA.

Subsection 4. Termination of Recognition
USDF reserves the right to end a recognition agreement with another organization at any time for any reason whatsoever. Agency organizations may be subject to different requirements depending on the structure of the organization.
