Added table with donor badge information
Personnel and Civilians (who are not Dishonorably Discharged and/or do not have the Never Rehire Status) can get the respective branch donor badges by donating 25c+ to the respective Branch Chiefs:
The branch donor badge funds will be allocated to branch events where possible however, where necessary, may be used as emergency funds for OSD.
