Old Information:
In the case of a compromised account, a Compromised Account form must immediately be filled out and posted in the Compromised and Alternate Accounts Request thread. Personnel with compromised accounts may be removed from USDF platform(s) until the NSA has appropriately reviewed and actioned their form. The first instance of an individual's account becoming compromised will result in, at minimum, a promotion lock. Any instance(s) of an individual's account becoming compromised a second time will result in an immediate never rehire.
New Information:

Any instance(s) of an individual's account becoming compromised thereafter will result in a dishonorable discharge.
