When announcing FEATs, personnel must stand at the following spot and use blue chat for announcements. After all personnel have lined up for the FEAT, personnel should lead trainees to the teleporter on the left.

In the event that a civilian is recruited, IRDT should take priority over all other trainings that are being requested in HQ. If there are no recruits needing IRDT at that time, FEATs and PTPs may be hosted if an individual has requested those trainings.
