CHAPTER 1: STANDARD OF WORK
Subsection 1: General Information
Old Information:
Personnel are exempt from SoW for the week they join an office to allow for training and orientation.
New Information:
Personnel are exempt from SoW during their first week in an office to allow for training and orientation.

Personnel who are rank eligible to confirm shifts must first obtain FEAT {Z}.

Subsection 2: Submission Tracking
Old Information:
Points will update immediately but will be removed if they are found to be questionable or cannot be confirmed.

FORGING (FAKING) POINTS IS NOT TOLERATED AND IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENSE PER THE UCMJ.

FORGING OR FALSIFYING POINTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENSE UNDER THE UCMJ.
Subsection 3: Office and Council Guidelines
Old Information:
Directors, at their own discretion, may remove members who repeatedly fail to meet their office duties despite trying to counsel and assist them.
New Information:
Directors, at their discretion, may remove members who repeatedly fail to meet their office duties, even after counseling and assistance.

1 to 1 plan of action/Issued demerit
New Information:
One-on-one plan of action/Issued demerit.
Subsection 4: Standard of Work Pay
Old Information:
Top 5 ranked personnel through the SoW system are considered Top Performers.
New Information:
The top 5 ranked personnel in the SoW system are considered Top Performers.
Subsection 5: Top Performers Program
Old Information:
Top 5 performers within the SoW system on the global work tracker will be deemed Top Performers and are awarded an additional bonus along with the standard pay.
New Information:
The top 5 performers in the SoW system, as recorded on the global work tracker, will be deemed Top Performers and awarded an additional bonus along with their standard pay.

The top 5 performers in the Activity Point system on the global work tracker will be recognized as High Achievers. The table below outlines the bonus rewards for these performers.

Subsection 3. Freedom from Discrimination
Old Information:
No worker can be discriminated against, rejected, or excluded from activities, operations, etc., within USDF due to, but is not limited to:
1. Race
2. Religion
3. Age (enlistment to USDF requires following Habbo age restrictions of 13+ nonetheless.)
4. Personal interests or hobbies (so long as they are not offensive to other Habbos.)
5. Sexuality (gay, lesbian, bisexual, etc.)
6. Gender or Gender Expression (Note: All workers must wear uniform and clothing according to their chosen gender when enlisting to USDF upon enlistment. However, personnel who wish to change the gender of their Habbo avatar simply need to notify the JSIG or a member of OSD+ in order for the change to be made. You will not be permitted to change without a valid reason. USDF is not responsible for mis-genderings but may intervene.)
7. Appearance (Real life or Habbo, e.g., Habbo Club, non-Habbo Club; note: all workers must submit to Regulation 2, Standing Orders for Dress.)
8. Disability (Physical or mental, as well as ESL status.)

3. Age (USDF requires users to be of approved Habbo age, 13+ with no exceptions.)
4. Personal interests or hobbies (Whereas deemed appropriate and inoffensive to other Habbos.)
5. Sexuality (LGBTQ+)
6. Gender or Gender Expression (Note: All workers must wear uniform and clothing according to their chosen gender when enlisting to USDF upon enlistment. However, personnel who wish to change the gender of their Habbo avatar simply need to notify the JSIG or a member of OSD+ in order for the change to be made. Personnel are not permitted to change without a valid reason. USDF is not responsible for mis-genderings but may intervene.)
7. Appearance (Real life or Habbo, e.g., Habbo Club, non-Habbo Club; note: all workers must submit to Regulation 2, Standing Orders for Dress.)

However, if this new military is considered a security risk to USDF, it may be automatically declared an enemy. These security risks include the following, but are not limited to:
The member of personnel who is making the new military colludes with others while still employed in the USDF.
The member of personnel who is making the new military uses their influence in the USDF to influence other personnel to move to their new military (referred to as "personnel stealing").
The member of personnel who is making the new military allies with an enemy or organization the USDF is at war with.

There are conditions that apply to USDF personnel who leave to create their own new military. Any USDF personnel is free to leave at any time and we do endorse the creation of new militaries. However, if this new military is considered a security risk to USDF, it may be automatically declared an enemy. These security risks include the following, but are not limited to:
USDF Member whom is creating a new organization colludes with others whilst still employed.
USDF Member whom is creating a new organization uses their influence to poach other members to move to another organization. (Also known as "Personnel Stealing")
USDF Member whom is creating a new organization allies with a rival organization the USDF is at war with.
