Old information:
Promotion in HQ - Only Senior Officers (O5+) may authorize personnel to call "Attention on Deck!". Only Officers (O1+) may authorize personnel to call "Attention". CWOs and HNCOs may only call "Front row, attention!" without officer authorization.

Other - Only Senior Officers (O5+) may authorize personnel to call "Attention on Deck!". Only Officers (O1+) may authorize personnel to call "Attention". CWOs may only call "Front row, attention!" without officer authorization.
