Added a new section about "Use of Artificial Intelligence":

Subsection 7. Use of Artificial Intelligence
The use of Artificial Intelligence within the USDF must adhere to specific guidelines to maintain overall integrity. Personnel are permitted to utilize AI models strictly as tools and never for the creation of text or media.

Acceptable Use of AI Includes the Following Criteria:

• Enhancing the fluidity and organization of text
• Proofreading for linguistic and grammatical errors
• Creating art and/or media (only with explicit permission)
• Summarizing various forms of media (e.g., text, images, video, etc.)
• Analyzing media (e.g., text, images, video, etc.)

For office or branch applications, personnel must disclose if AI was used within the approved criteria to ensure transparency. Candidates may be disqualified at the discretion of office or branch command if an application is suspected to have been entirely generated using AI technology.

Furthermore, the use of AI in exams and/or official forms (i.e. pardons, appeals, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate nullification and further disciplinary action under Article 25 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
