REGULATION 5: PROMOTION, DEMOTION AND DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS
Adjustment to Chapter 3, Subsection 3, BHNCO New Rank Adjustment:
"The BHNCO position is a three month long stint. Upon successful completion of their term, the Branch Chief and Vice Branch Chief will make a recommendation to the CJCS for a final rank. The final rank may range from 0 (unsuccessful term) to +4 (extremely successful term) from their previous rank.
If the BHNCO decides to stand down before the completion of their stint, the maximum rank they may be given depends on the term served in accordance with performance and RST. If the NCO/WO is removed from their position, they return to their original rank without elevation to any rank."
