Removed the stipulation that personnel cannot outrank their direct superior within an office.
Old:
Members holding a command position may not outrank their immediate superior under any circumstances. Officers returning to active duty from retirement and / or reserves who receive an appointment within an office may not outrank their immediate superior. Should an officer have an arranged retirement package, their rank is capped at the rank of their immediate superior and may be promoted at a later date.
