    Inserted the condition into retirements that was previously implemented as part of this changelog entry as this information is relevant to retirements.

    New: 
    • Reinstated Commissioned Officers must have reinstated for a minimum of 90 days in order to be eligible for a new retirement package from the Secretary of Defense or Deputy Secretary of Defense. Exceptions to this rule may be made by the Secretary of Defense on a case by case basis.
