Members who fail to meet SoW requirements for any week will be subject to the underlying actions taken by their Office AD+. All the strikes mentioned below remain on official record for 30 days from the date of issuance.

These offenses do not have to be in consecutive order, but have to be in the same running SoW month. The Director of an office may remove a member at any given time. There is an information graphic that shows you a plethora of ways to reach SoW found here.

All the strikes mentioned below remain on official record for 30 active days from the date of issuance, meaning if the member goes on leave, the 30 day countdown will pause and resume when the member returns.
