International entry permit (iep)
Sentries should ensure that the individual is part of one of the badges listed below before allowing entry into HQ. Individuals are NOT required to be part of the USDF Allies badge, but it is strongly encouraged. As long they are part of one of the badges listed below, they may enter HQ. Additional conditions for other areas of HQ are also listed below for each badge.
Please note that individuals who were previously discharged as 'Never Rehire' from USDF will not be permitted entrance into the working area of HQ (which includes R&R, VIP and other facilities) on any account, regardless of recognized or allied status. They may only sit in the lobby area.
Upon the sentry checking, the visitor deserves warm greetings from the Sentry operator but does not receive any salutation regardless of rank. The visitor must display their correct motto and permitted badge. Visitors are entitled only to the rest & relaxation area and reserves rights to use any facility within. Those entitled to the VIP area reserve the right to use any facility within the VIP area and rest & relaxation area. The visitor is allowed to enter the external rest & relaxation and use the facility within. The visitor is allowed to use the AFK facility. Should there be an attention/attention on deck, the visitor is not obliged to stand up but must cease any chat immediately during the attention. The visitor may participate in any game hosted within the working area with permission from any USDF officer. The visitor may be permitted to observe IRDT training, FEAT training, and PTP training only with permission given by the DIRSA stating the purpose of observation. The visitor may enter any other facility with permission granted by any senior officer by stating the purpose of visitation notified to the DIRSA. Furthermore, OISA members (diplomatic enforcer with the blue beret as their identifier) and/or OJSIG members (military police with the red beret as their identifier) and any USDF officer reserve rights to remove visitors from the headquarters should they disregard the prior warning(s) from the Duty Desk Operator.
Any non-VIP visitor that is not a member of any allied organization is permitted to enter the headquarters only by invitation from a flag grade officer (O7+) and must follow regulations. The special visitor is restricted from entering any other facility than the VIP area. Should they require the use of any other USDF-owned facility, permission must be granted by the DIRSA due to security reasons. A visitor who has violated USDF regulations & procedures during their visitation will be handled immediately. OISA members, OJSIG members and USDF officers reserve the right to politely remove the visitor from the headquarters should they fail to abide by the regulations & procedures. Moderation (kick or ban) should only be used upon severe violation of regulations & procedures. Personnel who witness any violation of regulations & procedures are encouraged to file a report via the Foreign Complaint Form, informing the DIRSA.
If any ally is requesting the USDF alliance badge, let them know it usually takes about 24 hours to be accepted. If it has been longer notify an OISA AD.
