CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. General Information
Awards and decorations may be issued solely by the designated issuing authority as specified in this regulation.
Personnel found displaying unauthorized awards in official communications or claiming possession of such awards without proper authorization shall be subject to disciplinary action under applicable provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).
All medals referenced in this regulation are arranged in order of precedence from highest to lowest distinction.
Service time awards shall be calculated based on total service time within the United States Defense Force (USDF).
- Personnel seeking to receive service stripes must follow the requesting procedure established in Procedure 9: Service Stripe and Training Pin Request.
Personnel are authorized and encouraged to display earned awards and decorations in official communication signatures and profiles.
Award displays must be constructed using only approved decorations as specified in this regulation. Personnel may not display unauthorized or non-regulation awards in official capacities.
- Personnel possessing awards from other recognized military organizations may include such decorations in their official displays, provided the originating organization is clearly identified and properly attributed.

Section 3. Displaying medals on Habbo
Personnel shall refer to Chapter 3 of this regulation for proper uniform display requirements and standards.
CHAPTER 2. COMMAND & SERVICE PINS
Section 1. Training Pins
Training pins shall be issued to personnel who demonstrate sustained commitment to educational and developmental activities as tracked through official training management systems. Such awards may be earned and displayed by personnel at any rank level within the organization.
Training pins may be issued by the Under Secretary of Defense for Education (USD ED), the Director of Joint Force Development (DJFD), and the Office of the Joint Force Development (OJFD) ML1.
Active eligibility requirements for training pins shall be outlined in Table 1. Minimum Number of Trainings Required for Training Pins.

Service stripes shall be displayed in motto as: (/), (//), (///) or (////) until 24 months, which is denoted by asterisks.
The issuing authority for all Service Stripes is the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
Active service requirements for eligibility to receive service stripes shall be listed in Table 2. Number of Months Required for Service Stripe.

Section 3. Command Insignia
Command position insignia may be displayed in official communications exclusively by personnel actively serving in authorized command positions as specified in this regulation.
Personnel not currently serving in qualifying command positions are prohibited from displaying command insignia in any official capacity.

Section 4. Practical Training Program (PTP) Pins
Practical Training Program (PTP) pins shall be available for display in official communications. PTP pins shall be arranged in order of precedence from highest to lowest distinction, positioned in a centered configuration below other award displays.

CHAPTER 3. MEDALS
Section 1. General Information
Personnel may wear any earned medal, as long as the worn medal is favorited on their PTS profile. This can be done by logging into PTS and selecting the medal from the user profile. Medals may be worn with any uniform except the Warfare Uniform, Physical Training Uniform, and the DFMAP Uniform.
- Only combat medals can be worn with the Special Operations Uniform.
- The color definitions can be found in Regulation 2: USDF Standing Orders for Dress.

Good Conduct Medal (GCM)![]() | NSC, USD I&S, JSIG | The Good Conduct Medal is awarded to any Enlisted/NCO/WO member of the United States military who completes "honorable and faithful service". Such service implies that two months of enlistment were completed without any disciplinary action or offenses. (Meaning that personnel can only earn this medal while they are an Enlisted/NCO/WO.
