    Chapter 1, subsection 1

    Change from: Personnel ranked W2 to O3 may be addressed as "Mr/Ms, username" by any member that is superior to them in rank.

    Procedure 6: Promotions

    Old Information:
    • Some ranks may have a FEAT requirement. Attached table shows this:
    • Recommended Service Time (RST) is also one of the requirements for promotion to paygrades E4-O4. For more information on Recommended Service Time please visit Regulation 5: Promotion, Demotion and Discharge Requirements.
    • If the promotee forgets the procedure during their promotion, assist them with remembering it.
    • DO NOT have the personnel change their motto during the report. This causes an unnecessary delay. Following an E3 > E4 promotions, the promoter must host an E4 post-promotional training for their promotee. If the promoter is unable to do so, they may ask another Warrant Officer or Commissioned Officer to do so for them.
    • The individual called to report moves swiftly to stand directly in front and faces the Warrant/Commissioned Officer.


    New Information:
    • The following FEATs have a minimum rank requirement.
    • Recommended Service Time (RST) is also one of the requirements for promotion to paygrades E4-O4. See Regulation 5: Promotion, Demotion and Discharge Requirements for more information.

    Regulation 9: Activity Points and SoW

    CHAPTER 1: STANDARD OF WORK

    Subsection 1: General Information

    Old Information:
    Personnel are exempt from SoW for the week they join an office to allow for training and orientation.

However, personnel who wish to change the gender of their Habbo avatar simply need to notify the JSIG or a member of OSD+ in order for the change to be made. You will not be permitted to change without a valid reason. USDF is not responsible for mis-genderings but may intervene.)

    There are conditions that apply to USDF personnel who leave to create their own new military. Any USDF personnel is free to leave at any time and we do endorse the creation of new militaries. However, if this new military is considered a security risk to USDF, it may be automatically declared an enemy. These security risks include the following, but are not limited to:

    USDF Member whom is creating a new organization colludes with others whilst still employed.
