    Regulation 10: Chain of Command

    CHAPTER 2. Roles and Responsibilities, Subsection 6. Branch Command

    ML1 - Adjutant (Adj)
    Navy Adjutant (NA), Marines Adjutant (MA), Army Adjutant (AA), Air Force Adjutant (AFA).
    Adjutants work directly with the Chief, oversee council operations, and act as a liaison to the BHNCO. They serve on a 2-month term and are appointed directly by the Branch Chief, who may also extend their term by a month.

    New:
    ML1 - Branch Adjutant (ADJ)
    Navy Adjutant (NA), Marines Adjutant (MA), Army Adjutant (AA), Air Force Adjutant (AFA).
    These positions are responsible for assisting their respective Branch Chief in managing their branch. They each report to their respective Branch Chief. They serve a two month term where an extension of one month may be granted at the discretion of their Branch Chief.
    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • First point of contact, actively monitor and promote growth including OCS concerns for WOs in their respective branch.
    • Assist in ensuring and monitoring the progression of all members of their respective branch.
    • Interacting with branch personnel to gain feedback and provide visible leadership.
    • Take part in discussions and meetings to find new ways to improve/innovate their respective branch further.
    • Managing and overseeing council engagement and branch identity as well as ensuring all work is being completed.
    • Facilitating the branches Events division and coordinating engagement within the branch.
    • Installing and working on programs to make branch more engaging, unique, and creation of branch-specific initiatives.
    • Assisting their BHNCO, Branch Chief or CJCS in any other duties as required.
