Requesting Information Section

Old Information:

• Any requests for public information are to be directed to the DPA, unless they specifically invoke foreign affairs, in which case they are to be directed to the DIRSA. If the request regards security matters, it should be directed to the Intelligence Portfolio.

New Information:

• Any requests for public information about media releases, public events or queries from those representing non-military or non-agency organizations may be directed to the DPA.
• Requests for information with regards to foreign affairs must be directed to the DIRSA. If the request involves matters of security and intelligence, it should be directed to the Intelligence Portfolio

Under General Rules under Chapter 8 

Remove the following:

• ICSD personnel are exempt from uniform regulations while participating in ICSD-sanctioned campaigns or missions. Outfits must be appropriate for the theme and may not be derogatory.

Procedure 1: HQ Operations
Reworked the procedure structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
Fonts and sizes have been adjusted to make them consistent with Regulations.
Changed numbered bullet points to normal bullet points.
Integrated extra notes regards to each position to the positions itself under Section 1: General Position Filling Priority.
Following commands were removed: :games, :freeze, :unfreeze, :lockdown.
Following commands were added/adjusted: :arrow.
Added alternatives for the following: :whistle (Click the speakers above the DDO), :hallway (Click the door to the right of the DDO) and :next (Click the user in the sentry queue).

Procedure 2: HQ Disruptions
Reworked the procedure structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
Fonts and sizes have been adjusted to make them consistent with Regulations.
Changed numbered bullet points to normal bullet points.
Adjusted Handling Trolls in HQ from Chapter 2 (previous procedure) to Chapter 1 (new procedure).
Inclusion of Prolonging recruitment time and FEAT {R} for more characteristics of red flags for noticing who is a troll under Chapter 1, Section 1.
Changed the General steps for dealing with an identified troll in HQ Under Chapter 1, Section 2 to include how Officers/DDOs can effectively handle such situations.
Added Chapter 1, Section 2, Subsection 1. Trolls affiliated with USDF Community.
Added images to demonstrate how trolls would be handled in an ideal situation under Chapter 1, Section 3. Handling Trolls Scenario. 
Updated "What to do during a raid?" under Chapter 2, Section 1 to include more details to include how Officers/DDOs can effectively handle such situations.
OJSIG was consulted in several aspects of Procedure 2.

Procedure 3: Proper Address
Reworked the procedure structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
Fonts and sizes have been adjusted to make them consistent with Regulations.

Adjusted the table for addressing Civilian Ranks (Table 9) and the following was changed:

• Addressing superiors: "Mr. / Ms. [Position] [Name] sir/ma'am" to "Mr. / Ms. [Position] [Name], sir/ma'am".
• INDIRECT REFERRAL: "[Position] [Name]" to "[Position] [Name] or Mr. / Ms. [Name]".

Added a chapter (Chapter 5) for Common Scenarios for PAP, which highlights some common PAP mistakes and provides corrections too.

Procedure 4: Complaint Forms (ARF, PAF, DRF, GRF, FCF)
Reworked the procedure structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
Fonts and sizes have been adjusted to make them consistent with Regulations.

Procedure 5: Utilizing the SoW and AP System
Reworked the procedure structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format.

Removed "Habbo Account Creation Date" from Chapter 3, Section 1 as it is not on the FEAT {X} Request Form on the PTS.
Added a new chapter: CHAPTER 4. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS to include some frequently asked questions in regards to FEAT {X} after consulting OJSIG.

Regulation 2: Standing Orders for Dress

Under General Rules under Chapter 8 

Change the following from:

• All personnel must wear regulated uniforms when on USDF grounds, with the exception of the lobby. This also extends to allied and foreign grounds. USDF personnel who possess the VIP pass for another agency are exempt from this rule.

To:

• All personnel must wear regulated uniforms when on USDF grounds, with the exception of the lobby and if personnel are going through Sentry or Group Gate after having disconnected from their training. This also extends to allied and foreign grounds. USDF personnel who possess the VIP pass for another agency are exempt from this rule.
