Payroll Donation Initiative

It is no secret that it takes a lot of coins to fund the USDF. With programs like High Achiever, Top Performer, service time pay, promotion pay, and performance pay in HQ, USDF distributes more than 3000c per month. We would raise these funds by way of donations to our Standard and Platinum VIP badges, but in order to provide the highest payout and reward to our personnel, USDF runs a secondary program to allow it to gain auxiliary funds to further reward its personnel -- the Payroll Donation Initiative (PDI). This program allows personnel and civilians alike to donate coins and receive a variety of perks. These range from in-HQ perks to services offered on our Forum and Discord servers. Donations are non-refundable, and the NSC and USD C reserve the right to modify the PDI as they see fit. Please read the terms of each service carefully where applicable; the NSC and USD C reserve the right to discontinue a service if it fails to comply with the appropriate terms or for any other reason as they see fit - refunds will not be granted for a terminated service.

NOTICES:
1. Donor Badge payments above 500c may unlock additional benefits.
2. Discord roles can only be claimed with donor badge once there is space available.
3. Discord channel content must be in English. Rules of the channel may not conflict with the Habbo way or directives outlined in the Regulations, Trainings and Procedures (RTP). If the original owner leaves USDF, all purchased discord services will be archived unless any active service member desires to continue the service via transferred ownership. If for any reason you wish to transfer your role, the following prices will be applied for the transfer: Role transfer (80c), Role + text channel transfer (140c), Role + text channel + voice channel transfer (185c). Members may only have 1 discord role. Subject to server availability.
4. If a service member has purchased a custom role only, they are eligible to purchase a private text channel for 75 credits and/or a private voice channel for 75 credits if they desire. If a service member has purchased either a private voice channel or a private text channel, they may purchase the other for 75 credits if they desire.
5. Emojis may be purchased by personnel, upon leaving USDF, for any reason, your emoji will be archived or transferred to another owner for a fee of 50c if ownership has not been transferred prior to leaving. Members may only purchase a maximum of 3 standard emojis and 3 animated emojis. Subject to server availability.
6. Stickers may be purchased by personnel, but upon leaving USDF, for any reason, your emoji will be archived or transferred to another owner for a fee of 80c if ownership has not been transferred prior to leaving. Members may only have 1 sticker. Subject to server availability.
7. May only purchase a maximum of 10 days per month.
8. At the discretion of NSC, inactive text/voice channels will be deleted without refund. One week prior to your channel's deletion, you will be asked to improve the activity within your channel(s). Should there be no improvement to activity, NSC will delete the channel. Your actual role will remain.
9. Must purchase default Soundboard access to purchase additional custom Discord sound.
10. Limit 1 custom sound per user. See Regulation 2: Communication Platforms for additional restrictions.
