    Added members of SOCOM to the list of personnel that are allowed to hold the VIP pass while actively serving for the USDF.

    Old:
    USDF personnel are not permitted to hold VIP, Platinum VIP or Diamond VIP badge membership; however, members of the JSD+ or personnel ranked O7+ are permitted to have the VIP pass.

    New:
