Chapter 3, Subsection 2.
Change:
- An officer of any rank enters HQ through the sentry wearing the Medal of Honor
- Any USDF personnel, whether serving (including civilians) or honorably retired, enters HQ through the sentry wearing the Medal of Honor
Chapter 3, Section 3.
Change:
- Regardless of rank (but the medal must be displayed using the Habbo uniform item), if a personnel holds this Medal they will be saluted. Even if a NCO wears the Medal of Honor the sentry will salute them when they enter, or if an officer comes to talk to the NCO, the officer will salute the medal holder; if personnel come to attention for an officer with the Medal of Honor and they walk past a personnel then they are to salute as they pass. Personnel do not salute if the recipient is sitting, eg. at the information desk personnel would not salute the Medal of Honor recipient if the personnel sat at the desk with them to ask a question.
- Any USDF personnel, whether serving (including civilians) or honorably retired, who has been awarded the Medal of Honor (MoH) and is properly displaying it will receive the full salutation customs (Attention on Deck and hand, SALUTE). This applies upon entry into HQ through the sentry. Within HQ, if personnel have come to attention for an officer who is a MoH recipient, they are to salute as the officer passes. The same applies when approaching a MoH recipient for conversations if they are standing. No such salutation is required if the MoH recipient is seated.
