REGULATION 12, CHAPTER 2, SUBSECTION 3

Removed the stipulation that regulates a certain format to be used within a signature on the forums.

OLD:

Adhere to the following format for the forum signature. The display of medal racks and pins in the signature is subject to the guidelines set forth in Regulation 7: Medals, Awards, and Honorifics.

1. If a civilian, the rank branch line should be omitted.
