    Quote:General Information

Incentives are given for members who go above and beyond while employed in USDF. Some of these incentives are:
    • Activity Points are given to personnel in HQ for demonstrating pro-activity and pro-social behaviour.
    • Activity Points may be issued by BHNCOs, Warrant Officers and Commissioned Officers who have obtained FEAT {Z}. BHNCOs and Warrant Officers may only award points to lower ranking personnel, whereas Commissioned Officers may award APs to all personnel, excluding other officers.
    • Warrant Officers may issue a total of 10 APs per day.
    • Commissioned Officers may issue a total of 20 APs per day.
    • Activity Points may only be awarded for HQ Performance. Office and Council contributions may not be rewarded with Activity Points.
    • Behavior that merits an Activity Point is determined at the discretion of the Commissioned/Warrant Officer issuing the points.
    • Recipients must be announced outloud in the HQ. Both parties (awarder and awardee) are required to be present in the HQ at the time of APs being distributed.
    • Warrant Officers must use the non-HC blue chat color while announcing AP recipients. Commissioned Officers must use the HC blue chat color.
      • Commissioned Officers without HC are authorized to use non-HC blue chat as an alternative.
      • The DDO is encouraged, but not required to echo AP being awarded.
    • You can award each person only once a day.
    • Personnel awarding Activity Points are required to log their AP on the PTS Work Tracker Submission page.
      • Officers adding Activity Points should log in to the PTS and submit them via the "Insert Records" Page.
      • Warrant Officers adding Activity Points should log in to the PTS and submit them via "Add Points to Someone Else". This can be found on the top-right of the Main Work Tracker page here. Additionally, the AP multiposter tool may be used to add points for multiple personnel at once.
