    • The HPARF selection under the ARF Form is only used to report JSD+ and/or OJSIG. If you would like to file a complaint towards all other personnel, do not select HPARF when filling the form linked in Table 1.

    New Information:

    Rename section to GPIs, FTIs, and MMIs, Rewording of section for addition of FTI certification:

    Personnel who have been certified as GPIs (Global PTP Instructors), FTIs (Field Training Instructors), and MMIs (Marksmanship and Medical Instructors) may wear the section symbol (§), pi symbol (π), or the pound symbol (£) in their motto respectively.

    Personnel may not wear multiple symbols and must wear their highest obtained certification in the order of GPI > FTI > MMI. These are optional for motto wear.
    They cannot be worn with training pins, but may be worn with the Combat Medic Program + pin.

    Regulation 9: Activity Points, SoW and Payment Programs

    Chapter 3: Subsection 2:
    All personnel are able to claim a "bonus" from their Branch Chief or the USD C when they achieve certain Service Stripes and must be collected within 7 days of being awarded their service stripe. Personnel are only eligible to claim this bonus once throughout their career.


    Regulation 10: Chain of Command

    Archiving Position:

    EL4 - Under Secretary of Defense, Comptroller (USD C)
    This position is responsible for organizing Ceremonial Parades, Payment Initiatives and JSS, as well as Management of SoW and WT and Evaluation of administrative processes. The USD C reports to the CCO. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Routine personnel auditing of Forum, Discord, and Group badges
    • Maintains the Top Performers list as appropriate
    • Update threads relating to the appointments for the OSD Open Door Policy
    • Routine auditing of channels, roles and emojis
    • Organizes Ceremonial Parades, Payment Initiatives and the Joint Service Support
    • Management of the Standard of Work and Work Tracker
    • Evaluation of administrative processes
    • Track and audit all financial in-goings and out-goings within the military
    • Any other duties assigned by the CCO
    Removal of all mentions of USD C.

    Bringing back Position:

    EL5 - Director of Administration & Management (DA&M)
    This position is responsible for organizing Ceremonial Parades, Payment Initiatives and JSS, as well as Management of SoW and WT and Evaluation of administrative processes. The DA&M reports to the DepSecDef. Duties include, but are not limited to:
