Regulation 9: Activity Points, SoW and Payment Programs
Chapter 1, Section 1, Subsection 1

Change the following from:

• Personnel who have been on leave for 3 or more days of the active SoW week are exempt from that week's SoW quota.

​To:

• Personnel who have been on leave for 3 or more days of the active SoW week are exempt from that week's SoW quota and office quota.

• Any subsequent exemptions must be supported by a valid reason and approved by the appropriate office Chain of Command.
• SoW exemptions are non-retractable once actioned on the Personnel Tracking System (PTS).
• Office command teams are expected to track approved exemptions.
