Regulation 5: Promotion, Career Advancement, and Command Appointment Standards

• All promotions issued by Commissioned Officers must be immediately recorded on the Personnel Tracking System (PTS). All promotions issued by Warrant Officers (WO) and Head Non-Commissioned Officers (HNCO) must be immediately recorded on the Manual PTS (MPTS).

The first instance of a compromised account shall be sanctioned with no less than a promotion lock for the duration determined by the reviewing authority. 

• Subsequent instances of an individual's account becoming compromised shall result in immediate dishonorable discharge from the USDF.

Any subsequent instance within one year (365 days) of the initial offense will result in a General Discharge.

• Any resignation posted by a third party must include a clear, uncropped screenshot from the resigning personnel confirming their request for it to be posted on their behalf.
