New Information:

• Personnel that are in a relationship are allowed to be in the sub-offices of ICSD, CET, JDT and USDF Titans together, however, neither individuals can be in a command or leadership position within the sub-office.
• VIPs must have been accepted onto a VIP badge for entry into HQ. They do not need to wear the VIP badge while in HQ.

Regulation 13

New Information:

The Inactive Reserve Duty (R2) accompany a few conditions and requirements, which are as follows:

• Individuals on R2 are not eligible for any office, council, official membership, or promotion.
• Individuals on R2 are also not authorized to command HQ and/or man any HQ station, promote other members or host any training.
• HQ entrance authorization is limited to the extent of visitation.
• Those who reinstate must have served at least 90 days (3 months) before requesting to go on R2, regardless of pay grade.
• Commissioned Officers who wish to request Inactive Reserve Duty (R2) must serve 90 days (3 months) as a Commissioned Officer.
• Personnel who have served 240 days in R2 have to stay in Active Duty for 2 months before requesting for R2 again.

Regulation 1

Old Information:
In the case of a compromised account, a Compromised Account form must immediately be filled out and posted in the Compromised and Alternate Accounts Request thread. Personnel with compromised accounts may be removed from USDF platform(s) until the NSA has appropriately reviewed and actioned their form. The first instance of an individual's account becoming compromised will result in, at minimum, a promotion lock. Any instance(s) of an individual's account becoming compromised a second time will result in an immediate never rehire.

New Information:

General Notes:
- Removed 33 outdated wired stacks (pre-Batch 12).

Sentries:
- Notifications for queue pulls:

• VIP
• Non-VIP without proper badge favorited

- Command :clear changed to :remove

OCC Commands:
- :eagle - to reset the eagle if running free.
- :lockdown - Deploys rope dividers.
- :idlers - Clears idling personnel.
- :clear - Sends personnel to AFK.
- :silence - Mutes for 1 hour.
- :remove - Kicks selected person.
- Usage for clear, silence and remove: Say command, click target, confirm via popup.

OPA (Office of Public Affairs) Usage:
- :radio and :games work from "group gate".

Radio Booth:
- DJs use :dancefloor to toggle the dancefloor.

Game Host Throne:
- Use :fridge or :balloon to toggle fridge or balloon.

Shift Management:
- Timer starts by saying "start" via shift start in the black bubble text.
- :cancel ends shift or by leaving room/workfloor.
- Bot announces 30-minute shifts to officers for confirmation. (Assistant tool, not automated; use discretion.)

Recruitment:
- :recruit - from IRDT pen group gate uniforms those not in uniform.

Security:
- DDOs and Sentries notified on 1-way gate use for uniform checks.

Regulation 2

Modifications

• Hairstyle Legend Number 4 has been changed from "Ballcap Only" to "All Covers Excluding Ballcap"
• Winter Locks Hairstyle has been assigned Legend Number 4. This means you may no longer wear a ballcap with this hairstyle.

New Information: CRAZY HOUR / NON-UNIFORM EVENT
Personnel participating in Non-Uniform Events are not allowed to wear unauthorized accessories or uniforms that have office membership or FEATs restrictions, such as specific colors and types of accessory pertaining to these conditions.

UCMJ Article 28 is no longer an immediate discharge.

The JSIG, CDR SOCOM, USD I&S and NSC may issue a GD for violation of Article 28.

• The Judge Advocates under the Judge Advocate General manage pardons.
• During the Never Rehire Review process, after JAG review and DepSecDef or SecDef approval, the applicant's status may be changed directly from NR to GD/HD.
• Following a denied pardon, the applicant is required to wait for 14 days before being permitted to re-apply. This period may be adjusted by the JAG.

Regulation 4: Discharges, Reinstatements, and Transfers


New Information:
The Reach out Program has been specifically designed to assist with:

• Assessing an individual's immediate cause of demotivation
• Immediately working with the affected individual, with minimal delays in the process.
• Providing a space for the requested OSD+ member to listen to an individual's concerns.
• Creating a clearly defined support plan for the affected individual.
• Keeping all information and discussions confidential.
