    Motto Structure; RANK MOTTO ALTERNATIVES
    Commissioned Officers and civilians with {5} are not required to display their FEATs in their motto. However, any other personnel with or without {5} must display all FEATs as mentioned on the PTS.

    Regulation 1: Legislation
    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
    Rephrased the majority of provisions to have a formal writing style.
    Introduced new Chapter 1: APPLICABILITY, which establishes different policy formats and their scope.
    Formalized "Directives" as orders issued by JSD and OSD referring to their specific office/portfolio.
    Expanded the authority to issue "Standing Orders" to members of the NSC under specific conditions.
    Introduced information on the Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS) and the Probationary Period. Chapter 2, Section 4.
    Office applications must have their verdict delivered within 72 hours of submission, as opposed to the former policy, which made it 7 days.
    Performed other miscellaneous edits, revisions, and corrections.

    Regulation 3: Ranks and Offices
    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
    Rephrased the majority of provisions to have a formal writing style.
    Introduced spoilers to rank insignia displays in an effort to improve the visual appeal of the Regulation.
    Introduced Chapter 5: MAIN OFFICES, which covers the main offices that USDF offers, as well as their designated responsibilities. 

    Regulation 4: Discharges, Reinstatements, and Transfers
    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
    Rephrased the majority of provisions to have a formal writing style.
    Improved the definition of discharge classifications (punitive, honorable, and administrative).
    Improved categorization and simplified explanation of all policies.
    Introduced additional information on resignations, retirements, and reinstatements.
    Improved explanation of punitive discharge appeals and pertinent policies.
    Performed other miscellaneous edits, revisions, and corrections.

    Regulation 5: Promotion, Career Advancement, and Command Appointment Standards
    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
    Rephrased the majority of provisions to have a formal writing style.
    Renamed the Regulation to: Promotion, Career Advancement, and Command Appointment Standards. Formerly titled Promotion, Demotion, and Discharge Requirements.
    Refined promotional standards, procedures, and expectations. Improved their outline within the Regulation.
    Defined punitive authority and elaborated on Demotions and Promotion Locks in Chapter 1, Section 2.
    Introduced new Chapters 3 and 4. Their content was formerly spread out across Regulation(s).

    Introduced Section 1: Disciplinary Authority to Chapter 1. This Section elaborates and defines punitive authority in various bodies within the USDF.
    Elaborated on various types of Non-Judicial and Judicial Punishments. Expanded examples of NJPs, and elaborated on the Demerit and Demotion policies.
    Reviewed & rephrased certain punitive articles to improve clarity & consistency across the Regulation.
    Expanded on disciplinary action appeal and pardon procedures. 
    Performed other miscellaneous edits, revisions, and corrections.

    Regulation 9: Activity Points, SoW, and Payment Programs
    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format. 
    Reconstructed the entire Regulation due to major issues with the former version. 
    Further clarified the SoW & AP standards, their tracking process, personnel requirements, and all other relevant information.
    Added information on the Joint Services Support (JSS) initiative.

    Reworked the regulation structure. Implemented the Chapter > Section > Subsection format.

    Procedure 1: HQ Operations

    • An officer of any rank enters HQ through the sentry wearing the Medal of Honor
    to
    • Any USDF personnel, whether serving (including civilians) or honorably retired, enters HQ through the sentry wearing the Medal of Honor
    Regulation 7: Medals, Awards, and Honorifics
    Chapter 3, Section 3.

    Change: 
    • Regardless of rank (but the medal must be displayed using the Habbo uniform item), if a personnel holds this Medal they will be saluted. Even if a NCO wears the Medal of Honor the sentry will salute them when they enter, or if an officer comes to talk to the NCO, the officer will salute the medal holder; if personnel come to attention for an officer with the Medal of Honor and they walk past a personnel then they are to salute as they pass. Personnel do not salute if the recipient is sitting, eg. at the information desk personnel would not salute the Medal of Honor recipient if the personnel sat at the desk with them to ask a question.
    to 
    • Any USDF personnel, whether serving (including civilians) or honorably retired, who has been awarded the Medal of Honor (MoH) and is properly displaying it will receive the full salutation customs (Attention on Deck and hand, SALUTE). This applies upon entry into HQ through the sentry. Within HQ, if personnel have come to attention for an officer who is a MoH recipient, they are to salute as the officer passes. The same applies when approaching a MoH recipient for conversations if they are standing. No such salutation is required if the MoH recipient is seated.
